4. Reasonable Security Practices As per I.T. Act, 2000 and its Rules:

We have implemented reasonable security practices as mandated by Rule 8 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended by the Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008.

By using this app, you agree that FreightYodha shall not be held liable for any uncontrollable security breaches. In such cases, you agree that FreightYodha shall not be responsible for any financial losses, loss of opportunity, legal costs, business losses, reputational damage, or direct and indirect losses that may occur to you as per the Provisions of Sections 43, 43A, and 45 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including any amendments and other applicable laws of India.

You further agree that FreightYodha's management shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for any cybercrime-related criminal liabilities under the I.T. Act, 2000, pertaining to your information, as you have agreed and acknowledged that the management of FreightYodha complies with the due diligence (care & controls) requirements of the I.T. Act, 2000, including its rules and amendments.
